    This service is for anyone experiencing period days that feel difficult or disruptive.

  • Support is shaped around your needs and the time you’ve booked.


    This may include setting up your rest space, light household tasks, nearby errands, or quiet, respectful presence while you rest.

  • You can choose from 90-minute, 3-hour, or 5-hour visits.

  • Errands are completed within your scheduled visit time and include travel and waiting.


    Multiple errands are possible if time allows and must stay within a 10-mile radius of your home.

  • First-time visits are booked after a brief intro call. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your visit, with the remaining balance due at the end of the visit.
